The Bay Area Browns Backers 2003 Annual Player Banquet is in
the planning stages and we have to request a player soon so we can make the
arrangements. In spring of 2002 we flew in Jamel White - # 30 RB - from
Cleveland and he was one of the best speakers. He was open, informative and
entertaining. He signed autographs and all questions from the banquet
attendees. It was great fun.
This spring we plan to bring in another fine player.
The Cleveland Browns direct us as to which player is available to
attend, but we can provide input. If possible I would like to tie this in to
the TOP DAWG 2002 SEASON AWARD.
Please e-mail me your pick for the TOP DAWG award for the 2002 season.
Again, we can't entirely control if this is the player we can bring to our
banquet, but we certainly appreciate your input on this.
Based on season long performance and improvements I have compiled this
list for you to consider. If you have another player, write him in.
